2010 ARCHIVE - A Lectern for Windhorse

For some reason we've never had a proper Lectern, though over the years we must have heard numerous talks. When Subhuti was coming to give a talk to the warehouse in October of this year, Vidyavajra was asked to make one, so here it is.
