This year the shift from the focus on reflection and purification that is the Vajrasattva Period, to the more abundant and verdant spring that is the Tara Period, was given added momentum and veracity. It was a Full Moon, within days of the Spring Equinox, and it was also the point where the outgoing Managing Director - Vajraketu, after many decades in the role, handed it on to Keturaja.
The ritual was quite simple, and done in the context of a Sevenfold Puja. The Stupa decoration for Vajrasattva were ritually removed and replaced with those of Green Tara. The handover to Keturaja, was also quite effectively simple. Vajraketu left the Stupa area, went to the Reception Foyer to collect a framed painting of the Windhorse by Saddharaja, and brought it back, and presented it to Keturaja, who then returned it to the Foyer. With this symbolic action, a whole new era of Windhorse:evolution had now been initiated.
