Windhorse encourages all teams in the business to go on Team Retreats. Its a great way to build understanding and friendship, giving a sense of collectivity and unity, from just simply hanging out together away from work and home. Last year a group of the women, a mixture of Buddhist and Non Buddhist, organised a weekend retreat in Burnham Over Stathe, staying in a house owned by an Order Member. Though the weather looks as if it was a bit windy and wet, they seem to be enjoying themselves none the less.
